25% Deposit at time of booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season
A minimum stay of 7 nights with a 50% deposit at time of booking with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Green & High Season:- Full refund will apply, less admin fee of 5%, to cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. 14-30 days notice will incur a 50% charge against deposit amount and under 14 days a 75% charge against deposit amount will be made.
Peak Season:- Full refund will apply, less admin fee of 5%, to cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival. 30-60 days notice will incur a 50% charge against deposit and under 30 days a 75% charge against deposit amount will be made.
